? Hiring: CAD Draftsman | Bengaluru (On-Site)

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to join our Bengaluru team and support the design and execution of diverse construction projects.

? Role Overview The CAD Draftsman will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings for various projects. The role requires strong knowledge of AutoCAD, construction detailing, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings, shop drawings, and working drawings
- Develop plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings
- Prepare drawings based on architectural designs, site measurements, structural details, and project requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, project managers, and site teams
- Prepare and revise drawings based on consultant comments and project requirements
- Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with approved designs and specifications
- Prepare detailed drawings for facade, glazing, aluminium, interior fit-outs, and turnkey projects
- Maintain proper drawing revisions, documentation, and drawing registers




- Conduct site measurements and site visits whenever required
- Support project and execution teams with technical drawings and detailing

✅ Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in CAD drafting preferred
- Experience in preparing shop drawings and construction drawings
- Knowledge of facade, glazing, aluminium, interiors, fit-out, or construction detailing will be an advantage
- Ability to understand and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet drawing submission deadlines
