Manager – Assurance | Noida

Ocean Breeze CPA is looking for an experienced Manager – Assurance to lead our Canadian accounting and assurance practice from our Noida office.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Canadian financial reporting and taxation, along with proven experience managing client engagements, leading teams, and delivering high-quality assurance work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review year-end engagements including Audits, Reviews, Notice to Reader (Compilation) engagements, and Corporate Tax Returns (T2).

Review financial statements prepared under ASPE and IFRS.

Lead multiple client engagements while ensuring quality, timelines and budgets.

Act as a primary point of contact for Canadian partners and clients.

Manage, mentor and supervise Associates and Senior Associates.

Plan and monitor team workload and resource allocation.

Conduct technical training and learning sessions on Canadian accounting, auditing and taxation.

Review working papers, identify risks and ensure compliance with qualified standards.

Support resolution of complex accounting, audit and tax matters.

Contribute to process improvement, automation and best-practice initiatives.

Collaborate with the Canadian onshore team on engagement planning and execution.





Required Skills & Experience

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.

Strong experience in public accounting, preferably with Canadian accounting and taxation exposure.

Strong technical knowledge of ASPE, IFRS, Canadian Auditing Standards (CAS) and corporate financial reporting.

Experience managing audits, reviews, compilations and corporate tax engagements.

Proven team management, client relationship management and engagement planning experience.

Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
