- Ensure quality management system implementation at site, including audits and documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, and standards for construction projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (QMS) and industry best practices.
- Provide training on quality systems to employees and stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in civil engineering or related field with expertise in QMS, ISO documentation, audit documentation, and quality system implementation.
- Robust understanding of Indian Standards (IS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and other relevant regulations governing the construction industry.
