Job Summary

Build technical knowledge and provide infrastructure support to project and operations teams.

Responsibilities

- Participate in technical discussions, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving activities.

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze IT infrastructure requirements.

- Assist in designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions.

- Support servers, networks, cloud platforms, storage, operating systems, and other infrastructure components.

- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and reliability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, performance issues, and technical problems.

- Follow established IT service management, security, compliance, and operational best practices.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation,



procedures, and infrastructure-related reports.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of infrastructure services.

- Stay updated with the latest cloud, networking, automation, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies.

- Contribute to continuous improvement, infrastructure optimization, automation, and process enhancement initiatives.
