We are looking for a motivated Associate US Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals with excellent communication skills who are interested in building a career in US IT recruitment.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for open roles with our US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand job requirements shared by US clients
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other tools
- Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with candidates
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and communication
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain candidate records and update internal trackers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Required Skills





- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Robust interpersonal and convincing abilities
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training can be provided)
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
- Good internet research and sourcing skills
- Comfortable using job portals and LinkedIn
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BTech, etc.)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in recruitment or US staffing is a plus but not mandatory
