As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. You will work closely with the team to build scalable solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks while ensuring high performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications using object-oriented programming languages.

Work on mobile and web application development, including front-end and back-end technologies.

Manage relational databases and write optimized SQL queries.

Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.

Perform unit testing and optimize application performance.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and contribute to process improvements.

Develop and maintain Angular-based frontend components for network management views,

dashboards and workflows.

Work with MongoDB for document-based data storage and retrieval alongside relational databases.

Understand and apply basic networking concepts and protocols such as SSH, SNMP, and ICMP/Ping in application workflows.

Implement asynchronous task processing and messaging using RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Celery for network automation jobs.

Write and maintain Python scripts for network device interaction and configuration management tasks.

Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts in designing scalable and maintainable application components.





Work in a Linux-based development setting and perform basic administrative tasks such as process management and log analysis.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Python.

Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.

Basic understanding of version control systems like Git.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Masters/ Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or IS.

Proficiency in Angular (TypeScript, RxJS) for building responsive and reactive web applications.

Basic knowledge of MongoDB for document-based data modelling and querying.

Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols such as SSH, SNMP v2c/v3, ICMP/Ping, and

TCP/IP.

Exposure to messaging and async processing tools such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Celery.

Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design principles.

Basic Linux administration skills including shell scripting, process management, and log analysis.

Familiarity with Django and Django REST Framework for backend API development
