Role Overview

We are looking for energetic, tech-savvy graduates to join our Global Solution Engineering team. This role is ideal for engineers who want to work at the intersection of telecom technology, consulting, AI innovation, and business solutioning.

As an Associate Solution Engineer, you will work closely with senior Solution Architects and global sales teams to understand prospect requirements, participate in discovery workshops, support solution design, and help build innovative Proof of Concepts (POCs) for telecom and digital transformation opportunities.

The role combines technology, consulting, and business exposure making it ideal for candidates interested in customer-facing solution engineering rather than traditional software development or support roles.

What Youll Do

Solution Consulting & Prospect Engagement

- Participate in discovery sessions and technical workshops with global telecom prospects.
- Support senior Solution Architects in shaping telecom and digital transformation solutions.
- Analyze prospect requirements and contribute to solution approaches, technical presentations, and proposal concepts. POC & Innovation Engineering
- Build demos, mockups, and rapid Proof of Concepts using low-code and AI assisted development tools.
- Explore Gen-AI platforms and automation tools to accelerate solution engineering activities.
- Contribute to reusable solution assets, demo frameworks, and innovation accelerators.

AI-Driven Productivity





- Use AI tools like and workflow automation platforms to improve productivity and accelerate technical content creation.
- Support AI-assisted preparation of presentations, solution documents, and response artifacts.

Collaboration & Global Exposure

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Global Sales teams across NAM, Europe, MEA, and APAC.
- Support technical discussions and solution alignment during business pursuit cycles.

Education & Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in: o Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) o Telecommunications o Related Communication Engineering streams
- Strong academic performance preferred
- Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, hackathons, or app prototyping is an added advantage.
- MBA (Telecom / Technology Management / Business) is a plus.
