Role Description The Associate – School Partnerships role is a full-time remote position responsible for building and nurturing relationships with schools and educational partners. In this role, the associate will identify and engage prospective schools, present ThinkTac’s experiential STEM programs, and support schools through the onboarding and implementation process.
Day-to-day work includes coordinating meetings and demos with school leadership, understanding school needs, preparing proposals, and managing follow-ups to ensure long-term partnership success.
The associate will collaborate with internal teams to align program delivery with partner expectations, collect feedback from schools, and contribute to continuous improvement of offerings. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of partner interactions, tracking key partnership metrics, and representing ThinkTac professionally at online events and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with school leaders and education partners.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear presentation, persuasive dialogue, and professional email and documentation abilities.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple school accounts, with attention to detail and timely follow-up.
- Comfort with remote work tools, CRM or basic partner tracking systems, and virtual meeting platforms.
- Understanding or interest in K–12 education, STEM learning, and experiential or project-based pedagogy.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and adapt in a mission-driven, fast-evolving environment.
- Prior experience in school outreach, educational sales, program coordination, or education sector partnerships is an advantage.
