What Were Looking For

- 1-3 years of experience in an advertising agency, production house, content studio, digital agency, or branded-content environment

- Experience independently managing ad films, DVCs, branded content, social media shoots, influencer-led productions, or photoshoots

- Solid understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows

- Ability to assemble and manage crews, vendors, freelancers, artists, and production partners

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously

- Confidence handling budgets, estimates, negotiations,



production schedules, and vendor documentation

- Ability to remain calm, resourceful, and decisive in high-pressure shoot environments

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A sharp creative sensibility and an understanding of what makes visual content effective

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when production schedules require it
- A reliable network of production professionals and vendors is highly preferred
