Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Employer Branding & Internal Communications Specialist to strengthen our employer brand and drive employee engagement through impactful internal communication initiatives. The role will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition, People Practice, Marketing, and Leadership teams to create a compelling employee experience and position the organization as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, careers page, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
- Manage employee advocacy programs and showcase employee success stories.
- Plan and execute employer branding initiatives, hiring campaigns, campus engagement, and industry events.
- Monitor employer brand perception across platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other talent communities.
- Track employer branding metrics and provide actionable insights.
Internal Communications
- Develop communication plans for organizational announcements, Prople Practice initiatives, and leadership messages.
- Create newsletters, employee updates, leadership communications, email campaigns, and intranet content.
- Ensure consistent and engaging communication across all employee touchpoints.
- Support change management communication and employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate town halls, leadership connect sessions,
culture-building initiatives, and recognition programs.
- Gather employee feedback and recommend communication improvements.
Employee Engagement
- Drive initiatives that enhance employee experience and organizational culture.
- Partner with stakeholders to design engagement campaigns and recognition programs.
- Support diversity, inclusion, wellness, CSR, and cultural initiatives through effective communication strategies.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in internal communications and employer branding.
- Content creation, storytelling, and copywriting capabilities.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and social media employer branding campaigns.
- Solid stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of employee engagement programs and People practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT/Technology industry.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with communication platforms, intranet tools, and employee engagement solutions.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and branding metrics.
