We are looking for an Associate Manager – Digital Marketing to own the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across Europe, Africa, LATAM, and Asia.

? What You’ll Own

- Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Display, Performance Max & Remarketing), Programmatic, and Affiliate channels.
- Drive demand generation, forecasting, budget/spend allocation, funnel optimization, and KPI tracking.
- Own campaign performance across metrics such as acquisition cost, revenue, conversion, retention, and ROI.
- Manage advertising partners across global markets, including partner research, onboarding, evaluation, and performance management.
- Work closely with business, technical, analytics, and global teams across geographies and time zones.
- Identify growth opportunities and scale campaigns to drive revenue for telecom clients and VAS businesses.

? What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Acquisition.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, particularly Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing.
- Experience with Programmatic Advertising and Affiliate Marketing.




- Hands-on experience in demand generation, forecasting, and spend allocation.
- Experience in Telecom VAS is a must.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

⭐ Valuable to Have
- Exposure to DSPs, SSPs, audience targeting, A/B testing, CRO, and creative optimization.
- Experience managing multi-region campaigns across Europe, Africa, LATAM, or Asia.
- Exposure to Looker Studio / Power BI and data analysis.
- Knowledge of affiliate fraud monitoring and compliance.
