Key Responsibilities:

- Commercial Legal Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of commercial law to advise on legal matters pertaining to business operations, transactions, and contracts.

- Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and notices, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.

- Legal Representation: Represent MNS in legal proceedings as necessary, including litigation and negotiations, to protect the company's interests.

- Client and Debtor Relations: Communicate effectively with clients, debtors, and other stakeholders to facilitate legal processes and resolutions.

- Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of legal problems, providing sound legal opinions and guidance.

- Court Proceedings: Attend court hearings,



managing cases effectively while keeping the management team informed of developments.

- Knowledge Application: Utilize expertise in specific legal areas such as the Sec 138 NI Act, Insolvency Proceedings, and other relevant legal suits.

Candidate Profile

- Educational Background: Bachelor degree in Law is required. A Masters degree is beneficial but not mandatory.

- Bar Association: Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.

- Experience:5+ years of relevant experience in commercial law within a corporate setting or law firm.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
