Nextagmedia is looking for an Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth with robust hands-on experience in CPS WW affiliate marketing, publisher acquisition, and media buying, along with end-to-end P&L; ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end P&L; for the assigned CPS affiliate portfolio.
- Acquire, onboard, and scale CPS publishers and media-buying affiliates.
- Drive revenue, conversions, margins, and overall campaign profitability.
- Optimize campaigns based on EPC, ROI, CR, payout, revenue, and margins.
- Negotiate CPS payouts, commercials, and exclusive partnerships.
- Build and grow relationships with high-performing affiliates.
- Reactivate dormant publishers and maximize existing accounts.
- Work with advertisers and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Own end-to-end P&L; for the assigned CPS business, including revenue, margins, payouts,



and profitability.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in CPS/Affiliate Marketing.
- Strong experience in publisher acquisition and media buying.
- Understanding of P&L;, revenue, margins, ROI, EPC, and conversion metrics.
- Experience with Trackier, Everflow, HasOffers, or similar platforms.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of P&L;, revenue, margins, and profitability.
