Educational Qualification:
B.E. in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience:4 - 7 years of experience in procurement
Role & responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for MEP commodities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and agreements for MEP materials and services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and align procurement activities with project timelines.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships to ensure consistent quality and reliability of MEP commodities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Oversee the bidding process and manage the selection of suppliers for MEP materials and equipment.
- Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, such as cost savings, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.
- Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
