Job Location:Lucknow (Work from Office)

We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Underwriting. The positions operate in a dynamic environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, can do attitude.

You must also be willing to work in flexible and varying shifts throughout the year. As a part of the team you must react proactively, positively, patiently and effectively to seek clarifications,

Responsibilities

- Review and validate insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
- Process claims in accordance with company guidelines, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients to gather missing details or clarifications required for claim adjudication.
- Identify and flag errors, discrepancies, or incomplete documentation for correction or escalation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and related documentation.
- Support team members in resolving basic claim issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff as needed.
- Consistently adhere to policies, compliance standards, and turnaround timelines to ensure quality processing.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

- Graduate or postgraduate with strong problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience in property and casualty (P&C;) insurance.
- Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from various sources and systems.
- Strong judgment and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven ability to meet timeliness and accuracy standards in work completion.
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills





- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
