Key Responsibilities:

- System &
- Process Setup:

Work side-by-side with FP&A; to design, test and implement core HR, headcount tracking, and operational workflows from the ground up.

- Multi-City HR &

- Operational Setup:

Assist in establishing on-the-ground HR frameworks and operational structures as the business expands across new cities in India.

- Workforce &

- Headcount Planning:

Partner with FP&A; and city operations leads to manage headcount budgets, track staffing requirements against approved plans, and support expansion forecasts.

- Pan-India Operational HR Partnership: Act as the central HR point of contact for regional and city teams, driving smooth onboarding, offboarding, policy rollout, and day-to-day employee support.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensure seamless alignment between local city operations, central HR, and central Finance across payroll inputs, organization design, and operational compliance.

- Performance &

- Talent Support:

Support performance management cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and capability-building initiatives across expanding city teams.

Qualifications &

- Skills:

- Education:



MBA / PGDM (HR, Operations, or Finance) or a relevant Masters degree from a reputable institute with a strong academic background.

- Experience: 12 years of experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or operational coordination.

- Startup / 0-to-1 Experience: Prior exposure to a 0-to-1 setup, early-stage startup, or fast-scaling workplace is strongly preferred (building processes from scratch, managing lean setups, and adapting quickly).

- Multi-City/Regional Exposure: Experience or strong interest in multi-location execution, regional operations, or scaled deployment is a major plus.

Action-oriented with a strong process-building mindsetable to translate central strategy into practical execution across different locations.

- Communication &

- Stakeholder Management:

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with city leads, central Finance, and leadership in an in-person environment.
