Roles and Responsibilities :

- Ensure compliance with Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines during equipment handling and production processes.

- Conduct regular inspections of manufacturing areas to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related problems and optimize production efficiency.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to equipment maintenance, calibration, and validation.

Job Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry as an Associate Production Engineer or similar role.

- Strong understanding of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) requirements for equipment handling and production engineering.

- Proficiency in GMP regulations and ability to apply them effectively in daily work.

- Experience with equipment handling, installation, testing, calibration, validation, cleaning validation protocols.
