PropertyCIBIL verifies property details within 90 minutes, using government and legal databases to ensure reliability and transparency. With over 1,000 properties verified, the platform is trusted by leading institutions including HDFC, ICICI, SBI, and PNB Housing Finance. The service is currently live in Jaipur, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, and Uttarakhand, with expansion plans into Lucknow, Chandigarh, Indore, and Bhopal.

Role Description As an Associate Founder at PropertyCIBIL, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive growth, operations, and strategic initiatives across the business. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing key projects, coordinating with product, operations, and sales teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of property verification services.

You will contribute to refining the PropilScore offering, building partnerships with financial institutions and real estate stakeholders,



and supporting decisions based on data and market insights. The role involves hands-on problem-solving, process improvement, and active participation in business development, marketing, and customer experience. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Strong business, strategy, and analytical skills to support growth, partnerships, and decision-making.
- Experience in operations management, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
- Background or interest in real estate, financial services, or legal compliance related to property transactions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
- Comfort with data analysis, digital tools, and technology-driven products.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, engineering, law, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in early-stage startups or in building new products or markets is an advantage.
