Job Summary

Associate, PMO The Associate, Project Management Office job assists with planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under general supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to help manage projects for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Helps to organize project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.

- Prepares estimates for the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project.

- Drafts project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.

- Creates project status updates including cost, timing, and staffing.

- Assists in identifying and resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.





- Prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.

Educational Requirements

- University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
