# Associate Dentist – Clinical & Practice Management
WhiteStar Dental Clinic is looking for a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing dental practice.
We are looking for a dentist with at least 1 year of clinical experience who is confident with patients, has good clinical judgment, and is interested in taking an active role in treatment planning and day-to-day practice management.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment for patients.
- Assist in developing comprehensive and ethical treatment plans.
- Explain treatment options, procedures, and costs to patients clearly.
- Follow up with patients and contribute to treatment acceptance and continuity of care.
- Assist the clinic head with practice management and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with specialists, laboratories, and other team members when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure high standards of infection control, patient care, and clinical protocols.
- Participate in weekend clinic schedules as required.
- BDS degree from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a dental practice.
- Valid registration with the appropriate dental council.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong patient-handling and treatment-planning abilities.
- Professional, punctual, and organised.
- Willingness to work weekends.
- Candidates with an interest or experience in practice management, patient coordination, and treatment planning will be preferred.
