AWS CloudOps Associate Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an AWS CloudOps Associate Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in AWS cloud operations. Freshers with relevant AWS certifications or strong hands-on AWS knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

The role involves supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining secure and reliable AWS cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support AWS cloud infrastructure and respond to alerts/incidents.

- Manage and troubleshoot AWS services including EC2, S3, EBS, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, and Route 53.

- Perform basic Linux, Windows administration and troubleshooting.

- Support AWS networking, security groups, IAM roles/policies, backups, and patching activities.

- Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, performance, and access-related issues.

- Assist with infrastructure provisioning and automation using Terraform/CloudFormation.

- Develop basic automation using Shell/Bash or Python.

- Handle operational tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.

- Maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and troubleshooting guides.

- Collaborate with Cloud,



DevOps, Application, Database, and Security teams.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of core AWS services and cloud concepts.

- Basic Linux administration skills.

- Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, routing, subnets, and firewalls.

- Basic knowledge of Shell/Bash or Python scripting.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable communication skills and willingness to learn.

Good to Have

- AWS certification such as Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect – Associate, or CloudOps Engineer – Associate.

- Exposure to Terraform, CloudFormation, Git, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes.

- Understanding of cloud security, monitoring, and cost optimization.
