Role Description The Associate role at ARC | Alpha Realm Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. In this role, the Associate supports the planning and execution of AI-driven, data-backed campaigns by conducting research, analyzing audience insights, and helping translate findings into strategic recommendations.

The Associate collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop content, prepare presentations, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.



Day-to-day responsibilities may include monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, assisting in client communication, and contributing ideas for new frameworks and solutions. Qualifications

- Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to interpret data and audience insights into practical recommendations.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Basic understanding of digital platforms, AI-driven tools, or data-backed campaigns, with willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Management, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with a commitment to innovation and impact-driven work.
- Prior internship or experience in consulting, marketing, communications, or analytics is an advantage but not mandatory.
