- InnoAge Technologies is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst – Intern to support data-driven decision-making across supply chain and business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying trends and gaps, preparing reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities :Collect, clean, validate, and analyze supply chain and operational data from multiple sources.

- Analyze key metrics such as inventory levels, demand, procurement, order fulfillment, lead times, logistics, and supply performance.

- Identify trends, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and data discrepancies and provide actionable recommendations.

- Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain performance analysis.

- Monitor and report key KPIs and SLAs to relevant stakeholders.

- Work closely with procurement, operations, logistics, finance, and business teams to understand data requirements.

- Automate recurring reports and improve data-reporting processes wherever possible.

- Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and timely delivery of reports.

- Present insights and findings to stakeholders in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.

- Maintain proper documentation of reports, dashboards, data sources, and processes.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

- 0–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Supply Chain Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.

- Solid proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, conditional formulas, and data analysis.

- Experience with Power BI or other visualization/BI tools.

- Good understanding of supply chain processes and KPIs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.
