ALT INDIA LEGAL, Advocates & Legal Consultants is looking to hire an Associate for its Litigation Team in Delhi.

Location: Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi

Experience: 1–3 years of litigation experience

Joining: Immediate

Position: Associate – Litigation

Probation: 3 months The role will involve day-to-day litigation work, including:

- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting pleadings, applications, replies and legal notices
- Preparing case briefs, notes and hearing materials
- Assisting in court matters and conferences
- Handling matters before various Courts, Tribunals and Forums
- Assisting senior counsel/partners in commercial and corporate litigation matters

Candidates with robust drafting and research skills,



genuine interest in litigation, and prior court exposure will be preferred. Experience in commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency/corporate litigation or proceedings before NCLT/DRT will be an added advantage.
