Role & responsibilities

Hands-on implementation experience with Adobe Experience Platform or Adobe Real-Time CDP.

Strong knowledge of XDM, Data Ingestion, Identity Service, Real-Time Customer Profile, segmentation, sources, destinations, governance, Query Service, and platform APIs.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with customer, event, and transactional datasets.

Knowledge of customer data modeling, identity resolution, and profile-unification principles.

Experience with JSON, CSV, Parquet, Avro, or similar data formats.

Understanding REST APIs, authentication methods, and enterprise integration patterns.

Working knowledge of Python, Java, JavaScript, or another relevant programming language.

Consulting or client-facing experience, including requirements gathering and communication of data and platform solutions to business and technical stakeholders.





Understanding of AI/ML-ready customer data foundations and Adobe AI capabilities such as Customer AI, predictive scoring, and AI-assisted platform operations.

Valuable-to-Have Skills

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Treasure Data CDP, Segment, Tealium, or comparable customer data platforms.

Understanding Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities such as Calculated Insights, audience segmentation, activation targets, and Data Actions.

Exposure integrations with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Personalization.

Experience delivering customer data solutions within large or regulated enterprises.
