Agonda Palm Beach Resort is looking for an energetic and hardworking Assistant Waiter / F&B; Service Assistant to join our beachfront restaurant, The Rolling Sea, in Agonda, South Goa.

This position is suitable for someone with some restaurant experience or a fresher who is eager to learn professional food and beverage service.

The Assistant Waiter will support the service team and help ensure guests receive fast, friendly and efficient service.

Important – Seasonal Position

This is a seasonal position and not year-round employment.

Our resort operates during Goa's tourist season, generally from September/October until May/early June, after which the resort closes during the monsoon period.

Candidates should be comfortable working for the full season. Good performers may be offered an opportunity to return for future seasons.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist waiters with restaurant service
- Set up tables before service and reset them between guests
- Serve water, food and beverages to tables
- Carry food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables
- Transparent used plates, glasses and cutlery promptly
- Keep tables and restaurant service areas clean and organised
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties
- Refill water, napkins, cutlery and other service items
- Coordinate with waiters, kitchen and bar staff
- Assist guests politely when required
- Learn the food and beverage menu
- Follow hygiene,



grooming and service standards
- Help the restaurant team during busy service periods
- Perform other reasonable F&B; service duties when required

Candidate Requirements
- Previous restaurant, café, hotel or resort experience is preferred but freshers willing to learn may also apply
- Basic spoken English and Hindi
- Friendly and polite with guests
- Hardworking, punctual and reliable
- Clean and well-groomed
- Willing to learn restaurant service
- Able to work on your feet during busy shifts
- Comfortable carrying trays, plates and restaurant supplies
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays during the tourist season
- Must be willing to relocate to Agonda, South Goa
- Must be comfortable with seasonal employment
