We cater to a wide range of industries like Injection Moulding Machines, Fluid Power, Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defence, Port & Infrastructure, Valves-Pumps-Compressors. We are also associated with engineering MNCs – Parker Hannifin & Garlock to supply their high-end engineering products.

Job Summary The Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct industrial sales, OEMs, and project-based service. This role requires robust technical knowledge of industrial products, along with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

 Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets.

 Plan and execute sales strategies in line with company objectives and industrial market trends.

 Manage key industrial clients and act as a solution provider by understanding technical and commercial needs.

 Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting,



and daily performance of team members.

 Support the team in negotiations, pricing, and closure of high-value industrial deals.

 Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Accounts, Service) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

 Identify new business opportunities, provide market feedback, and ensure timely reporting to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

 Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field preferred.

 Experience: 2 Years to 6 years in Industrial Sales / OEM Sales with experience in Industrial Products

 Strong technical understanding of industrial products and solutions.

 Good communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

 Self-motivated with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
