Decorpot is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have 57 years of sales experience, including experience in team handling or a supervisory role, along with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
The role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, team management, and the ability to drive business performance in a target-oriented environment.
#Key Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive customer acquisition and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across nearby regions.
- Monitor team and individual sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
- Coordinate with Marketing and other internal teams to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide regular guidance and support to the sales team to improve productivity and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of overall sales experience**, preferably with team-handling experience.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
