KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Manager in the Operations department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for driving project efficiency, maintaining transparent communication, and supporting continuous improvement in project management processes.

Your domain expertise and experience with project management tools will be essential in managing complex workflows and collaborating with stakeholders.

- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Development, QA, and Operations to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential risks and blockers.
- Schedule and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project review meetings to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and dashboards for effective project tracking and communication.
- Identify project risks, blockers, and escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and minimize project delays.




- Ensure tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed within agreed timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, communicate updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and project milestones where applicable, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and documentation, contributing to operational excellence.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

WORK EXPERIENCE

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Management, preferably within e commerce or technology-driven environments.
- Demonstrated experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Microsoft Project.
- Experience working with Myntra or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

SKILLS / BEHAVIOUR ATTRIBUTES
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies and their practical application in project management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges proactively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
