D’LIFE Interiors is a leading residential interior design and execution company, delivering high-quality modular and customized interiors. We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to manage residential interior projects and ensure smooth execution from start to handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise residential interior projects from execution to completion and handover.
- Study work orders, drawings, BOQs, and project schedules before starting execution.
- Take accurate site measurements and coordinate with the design and project teams.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, carpentry, and other site-related works.
- Plan and assign daily activities to installation teams and subcontractors.
- Coordinate material dispatches and verify materials received at the site against the work order and material checklist.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion as per schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve site-related issues professionally.
- Track project requirements, dependencies, and pending works.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, and internal teams.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at project sites.




- Provide regular project updates to the Project Manager / Zonal Manager.
- Support part-payment and final-payment collection as per project milestones.
- Ensure snag rectification and complete the project within the committed timeline.
- Coordinate final handover and collect Client Satisfaction Report, Google Review, and Facebook Review.

Required Skills
- Good leadership and team-management skills.

- Good knowledge of residential interior execution.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings and BOQs.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good time and task-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple project activities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bangalore.

Educational Qualification
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant residential interior execution experience will be preferred.
