Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching across MBA/Management programmes using contemporary and application-oriented pedagogies.

Develop course plans, learning materials, case studies, assignments, assessments, and other academic resources.

Integrate industry cases, simulations, projects, experiential learning and emerging business practices into classroom teaching.

Guide students in summer internships, live projects, dissertations, research projects and industry assignments.

Mentor students for academic development, career readiness, placements and professional growth.

Undertake quality research and contribute through publications, conferences, seminars, FDPs and research projects.

Participate actively in curriculum development, academic planning, examination and evaluation processes.

Contribute to NAAC/NBA/AICTE-related academic quality initiatives, documentation and institutional development activities, wherever applicable.

Build meaningful industry–academia engagement through guest lectures, corporate interactions, industrial visits and collaborative projects.

Support student development initiatives including management clubs, competitions, conferences, workshops and entrepreneurship activities.





Participate in departmental and institutional responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Preferred Specializations

Applications are invited particularly from candidates specializing in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behaviour, Marketing Management, Finance & Accounting, Business Analytics, Operations & Supply Chain Management, International Business, Economics/Business Environment, and Entrepreneurship & Strategy.

Eligibility & Experience

MBA/PGDM or equivalent postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialization from a recognized institution.

Ph.D./NET or other qualifications as prescribed by the applicable regulatory norms will be preferred/required according to the position.

Academic and qualified experience should be commensurate with the position applied for and applicable AICTE/UGC/University norms.

Candidates with a strong combination of academic credentials, industry exposure, research orientation and contemporary teaching capabilities will be preferred.

Strong subject knowledge, effective classroom communication, student mentoring ability, research orientation, digital teaching proficiency, collaborative attitude, professional discipline and an ability to connect management theory with contemporary business practice.

SRGC is particularly looking for faculty members who can go beyond conventional classroom teaching and contribute meaningfully to student employability, industry readiness, research culture and overall institutional development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
