Role Description The Assistant Professor of Electronics &

- Communication Engineering will be a full-time, on-site faculty member based at the Amity University campus in Ranchi. The role involves delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in core and elective courses within Electronics &
- Communication Engineering, as well as mentoring and advising students on academic and career matters. The individual will design and update course curricula, prepare teaching materials, and implement innovative pedagogical approaches aligned with industry and accreditation standards.





Responsibilities also include conducting independent and collaborative research, guiding student projects, publishing in peer-reviewed journals and conferences, and contributing to departmental and university-level academic initiatives. The role requires participation in academic administration, quality assurance activities, outreach, and continuous career development to support the growth of the department.

Qualifications

- Strong University Teaching skills, with experience in delivering lectures, labs, and student mentoring in Electronics &
- Communication Engineering.
- Expertise in Curriculum Development, including designing, updating, and aligning course content with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Proven Research capabilities in relevant areas of Electronics &
- Communication Engineering, with a record of publications or demonstrated potential.
- Effective Communication and Strategic Communications skills for engaging with students, colleagues, industry partners, and academic committees.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree (M.E./M.Tech./Ph.D.) in Electronics &
- Communication Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Familiarity with modern educational technologies, laboratory equipment, and simulation tools commonly used in Electronics &
- Communication Engineering.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment and contribute to institutional development activities.
