Role Overview
We are looking for a Production Merchandiser to manage the complete order execution cycle — from order confirmation to shipment — ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers/clients for order requirements, samples, and approvals
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet delivery timelines
Liaise with cutting, sewing, and finishing departments for smooth workflow
Source and coordinate with fabric/trim suppliers
Track order status and resolve production bottlenecks
Ensure quality checks at every stage of production
Prepare and maintain costing sheets, TNA (Time & Action) calendars, and shipment documents
Handle sample development and approval process
Communicate regularly with buyers on order updates
Requirements
2–8 years of experience in apparel/garment merchandising
Solid knowledge of production processes, fabrics, and trims
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising software
Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously
