ONE Simulation is looking for a highly driven Sales Specialist to join our growing team and help us expand our healthcare simulation solutions across India and international markets.

Location: Noida, India & Cardiff, UK Role: Sales Specialist Experience: 0–3 Years preferred | High-performance freshers may also apply
Key Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline & Customer Engagement

Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations * Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads
Sales Target Achievement

Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports * Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Conferences & Workshops

Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers * Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales
Sales-Driven Mindset





Solid hunger for achieving and exceeding targets Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a quick-paced startup setting Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops
What We’re Looking For

Solid communication and interpersonal skills Passion for sales and business development Ability to build relationships and influence customers Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable * Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2B sales is an advantage
