Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll (Functional) Senior Consultant Location: Bengaluru (Remote)Job Type: Contract Experience: 5–10 Years Shift: Night Shift – Mandatory We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll (Functional) Senior Consultant with robust hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll, including payroll configuration, Quick Formulas, testing, validation, and production support.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll.
Solid understanding of US Federal, State, and Local Payroll regulations.
Hands-on experience with Earnings.
Strong knowledge of Deductions.
Experience with Tax Configuration.
Experience with Payroll Costing.
Strong understanding of Payroll Elements.
Experience with Payroll Validation & Reconciliation.
Strong experience in writing and configuring Rapid Formulas is mandatory.
Ability to support payroll calculations.




Experience handling retro pay.
Experience supporting year-end payroll activities.
Experience in testing and functional validation.
Strong experience in production support and issue resolution.
Experience working with integrated Oracle HCM modules, including:o Core HRo Time & Laboro Benefits• Ability to work with business stakeholders and support end-to-end payroll functional activities.
Oracle Payroll Certification is an added advantage.
