nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with solid hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience to support a Salesforce CPQ implementation.
nThe role will work across the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle, partnering with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.
nThe ideal candidate should have participated in at least one end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation, from requirements/discovery through deployment and post-production support.

nKey Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and analysis for Salesforce CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives.n
Understand and document business processes across product catalog, pricing, quoting, contracts, orders, amendments, and renewals.n
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and other BA documentation.n




Translate business requirements into Salesforce CPQ capabilities including:n
Product bundles and product configurationn
Price books and pricingn
Price rules and discount schedulesn
Quote templatesn
Approval workflowsn
Amendments and renewalsn
Map current-state and future-state Quote-to-Cash processes and identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement prospects.n
Partner with Salesforce architects, developers, and administrators to validate functional and solution designs.n
Facilitate requirement workshops, solution discussions, and demonstrations with business stakeholders.n
Plan and coordinate UAT, including test scenarios, test scripts, defect management, and business sign-off.n
Support data mapping and migration activities involving products, price books, contracts, and subscriptions.n
Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint r
