Design experiences that are engaging, efficient, intuitive, and solve real user problems.n
Partner closely with a product manager and engineering lead, actively shaping priorities, influencing the roadmap, and engaging on implementation tradeoffs and feasibility.n
Conduct user research using a range of methods to understand customer needs and translate insights into clear design solutions.n
Produce high-quality work across all fidelity levels; from rough concepts to polished production-ready designs.n
Use AI tools fluently as part of your everyday workflow to prototype faster, explore ideas earlier, and move from concept to working interaction.n
Provide design feedback and mentor teammates; model what great looks like and help the people around you level up.n
