Procurement of HVAC &
Electrical materials and equipment
Vendor identification, development & management
Collect and compare quotations
Price negotiation and cost optimization
Prepare RFQs, comparative statements &
Purchase Orders
Coordinate with Project, Engineering &
Stores teams
Ensure timely delivery as per project requirements

Requirements:
Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical or related discipline
2–5 years of relevant MEP procurement experience
Solid vendor negotiation and coordination skills
Positive knowledge of HVAC &
Electrical materials
Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation
