Change Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the process of implementing changes to product designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and associated documentation within the organization. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that changes are properly evaluated, approved, and executed while minimizing disruptions to production and maintaining product quality.
Roles and Responsibilities include
Coordinates ECO for product release of sales and production BOMs
Evaluate proposed changes for technical feasibility, impact on design, manufacturing, cost, and schedule. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information.
Engineering Change Order (ECO) Analyzation & Coordination of current BOM structure - set up System Data and Document Maintenance
Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure seamless implementation of approved changes, updating BOMs and associated documentation.
