Job Summary We are looking for an experienced skilled to support Strategic Sourcing & Procurement reporting and analytics . The role will focus on procurement KPI reporting, spend analytics, reporting governance, data analysis, and providing actionable insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain procurement KPI dashboards and reporting for leadership.
- Perform spend analytics and supplier spend analysis using large procurement datasets.
- Support Coupa Analytics and other procurement system reporting.
- Analyze reporting quality, accuracy, effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support contract governance, including reporting related to expiring contracts.
- Act as a subject matter expert for procurement reporting and spend analytics.
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business and leadership requirements.
- Support special procurement initiatives and projects.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled reporting to improve efficiency.
- Work with stakeholders to translate procurement data into actionable business insights.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement reporting/analytics.
- Strong experience in Spend Analytics / Spend Analysis.
- Experience with Coupa / Coupa Analytics and procurement reporting.
- Experience analyzing large procurement/spend datasets from ERP, P2P and procurement systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau and/or Alteryx.
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience in contract governance and supplier analytics.
- Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in team leadership/performance management is preferred.
- Exposure to AI tools and reporting automation is preferred.
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
