Job Responsibilities

· Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital leads, and other sources.

· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property/project options.

· Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.

· Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into bookings.

· Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.

· Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Update customer details, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.

· Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and other teams for smooth booking and documentation.

· Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

· Activate and motivate channel Partners to drive sales for the project.





· Assist marketing/events team in the regular marketing campaign across the region.

Candidate Profile

· Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

· 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· Target-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

· Good knowledge of the local real estate market preferred.

· Candidate from fields other than real estate field are also welcome.

· To help and develop new C.P’s in the market to penetrate current areas and develop new C.P’s.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
