Position: Assistant Manager / Project Manager construction

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Salary: Up to 35,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor construction projects from start to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Ensure construction quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred Skills:
- 36 years of experience in Construction / Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project coordination.
- Valuable communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
