Role & responsibilities

- Line balancing with available manpower / equipment resources.

- Responsible for the planning and execution of production processes.

- Monitoring quality standards and costs, and provide administrative support.

- Reporting to the production manager. Assisting the production manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and time sheets.

- Reconsilation of critical material consumed against the BOM.

- Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.

- Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.

- Updating the production manager on the status of projects.

- Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.

- Resolving labour disputes, where requested.

Preferred candidate profile

- Working in Refrigeration industry

- Having knowledge of Cabinet Foaming and Cold Roll Foaming
