Preferably B.Tech

- 5+ years of experience in production
- Proven experience of leading large task force
- CNC shop floor experience

Youwill be responsible for

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise and manage daily operations and lead the team to achieve daily production targets
- Ensure all CNC machines are running efficiently and adhere to quality standards
- Ensure team members are properly trained on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality control procedures
- Manage the production schedule to ensure timely manufacturing and delivery of new products
- Ensure routine maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to maintain operational efficiency
- Assist in resolving production issues, including any quality or process problems
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address any mechanical or electrical issues promptly
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working setting
