A.G Organica is looking for an Assistant Manager-logistics who can manages the smooth movement of goods, coordinates transportation, and oversees inventory. Core duties include tracking shipments, handling shipping documents, and working with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Transportation Management: Plan delivery routes, choose transport methods, and coordinate with drivers and carriers.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels in warehouses, update records, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Documentation: Process invoices, bills of lading, and customs or shipping papers accurately.
- Vendor & Client Liaison: Communicate daily with suppliers, transport agencies, and customers to resolve delivery delays.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor real-time shipments and report operational metrics or supply chain issues.
CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE OF DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL PAPER WORK.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of proven experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics operations.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities; proficiency with ERP software and Excel.
