Position: Assistant Manager / Manager Safety & Security

Location: Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai

Experience: 5–8 Years

Salary: Up to 45,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage overall safety and security operations at the organization.
- Develop and implement safety and security procedures.
- Monitor security personnel, access control, and surveillance systems.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle emergency situations, incidents, and security-related issues.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Maintain safety reports, incident records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with management, security teams, and external agencies when required.

Preferred Skills:
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Safety & Security operations.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of safety procedures, risk management, and security protocols.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle emergency and critical situations effectively.
