Role Description The Assistant Manager will support daily operations at the Tiruchirappalli site, coordinating between sales, customer service, and internal teams to ensure smooth business processes and high service standards. This full-time, on-site role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and assisting in implementing operational and sales strategies aligned with company goals.

The individual will help manage local vendor and customer relationships, oversee inventory and order fulfillment accuracy,



and support adherence to company policies and quality standards.

The Assistant

Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also includes mentoring team members, supporting training activities, and ensuring a qualified, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

- Strong operational and coordination skills, including experience in managing day-to-day branch or site activities and supporting sales and service teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to track performance metrics, use MS Office tools, and present actionable insights.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging customers, and managing vendor relationships.
- Experience in process improvement and quality-focused operations, with an understanding of standard operating procedures and compliance requirements.
- Relevant experience in retail, building materials, consumer durables, or related industries is an advantage, especially in bathroom or lighting solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli, manage multiple priorities, and take accountability for results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
