Job Title: Assistant Manager - International Sales

Job Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
- Support daily sales operations, including lead generation, prospecting, and timely client follow-ups.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities, potential customers, and emerging market trends to drive growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and business expansion.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.




- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in inspiring and managing teams.
- Self-driven, target-oriented professional with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
