Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager / Manager to join our team in Mumbai region . This is a field-based sales role designed to accelerate growth for our (on-off ) Valve Automation Division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our valve automation footprint within the assigned region.




- Identify and cultivate current business opportunities while proactively managing and growing existing client accounts.
- Provide expert technical support and conduct compelling product presentations for customers.
- Prepare and submit accurate, competitive techno-commercial proposals.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and superior customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed defined sales targets to contribute directly to the division's growth.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Instrumentation preferred).
- 8to 10 years of proven experience in field sales, specifically within the valve automation or related industrial valves automation sectors.
- Strong technical understanding of valve automation systems and their industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and a willingness to travel extensively within the region.
