- Design Drawing &
- Coordination : Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to prepare design drawings, layouts, mood boards, and presentations in line with project requirements.
- Materials &
- Procurement Support : Assist with material selection, sample approvals, procurement follow-ups, and material availability.
- Site Coordination: Monitor interior works at site as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve day-to-day site issues.
- Quality &
- Cost Monitoring: Monitor quality of interior works and materials, verify quantities against approved drawings and specifications, assist in tracking project costs and material consumption, and ensure effective utilization of resources while maintaining required quality standards
- Documentation &
- Reporting: Maintain updated drawings, material and design approvals, site reports, project progress records, and prepare regular status reports on project activities.
